The great thing about Donna is that she is wired exactly opposite of Deborah and me. She enables us to do what we do because the tracking, the input of information into the computer systems, the arranging, the spreadsheets, and the analytical work that needs to get done, gets done. Because of that, our business operation runs smoothly.

Before joining our team, Donna was a kindergarten teacher and worked with Western Suffolk BOCES. She began her career in the financial services industry as a Contracting and Licensing supervisor whose responsibilities included helping people get state insurance licenses and FINRA state registrations, as well as company appointments. In other words, she knows the ins and outs of how things work and getting things done.  She also brings to the mix patience, people skills, and extensive knowledge of licensing.

Today, her responsibilities include running illustrations, ordering Attending Physicians Statements, as well as processing and tracking new business. As Marketing Director, Donna keeps our brokers informed, making sure they are provided with relevant industry and product information. She also arranges continuing education seminars and coordinating credits with the NY State Department of Financial Services.

Donna is happy to share her knowledge and experience of licensing with brokers and to advise them on how to become licensed in both their resident state, as well as non-resident states across the country. She can also help them to become appointed with MassMutual.

Donna received an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Special Education with a minor in Child Psychology from CUNY at Kingsborough, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Special Education with a major in Psychology from SUNY at New Paltz.
